What it is

A module-length programme you assemble yourself

Rather than a single scenario, the Capstone is a sequence of weekly simulations drawn from our three modes. It runs from 3 to 12 weeks. We build, host and facilitate; you keep full control of the learning journey.

Boardroom

Strategy under pressure

Fast-turnaround board decisions. Each Boardroom carries 3 to 5 fresh dilemmas for students to resolve, new ones every week.

Standard

Operational depth

A focused single-discipline simulation: sourcing, logistics, inventory, supplier risk and more. Pick a different one each week.

Interdisciplinary

Cross-functional challenge

A richer scenario that brings several functions together, ideal as the integrative high point of the module.

How it works

From blank timetable to a full programme in four steps

Choose your length

Decide how many weeks the Capstone runs, anywhere from 3 to 12. Each week is one simulation.

Pick a mode for each week

Blend Boardroom, Standard and Interdisciplinary in any order. Run six different Standard simulations, alternate Boardroom and Standard, or finish on an Interdisciplinary week.

Standard or fully custom

Use our ready-made library, or we build customised Standard simulations and custom Boardrooms, with your own dilemmas, shaped around your learning outcomes.

We run it, students play live

We host and facilitate each week. Students make decisions, see the consequences, and build an assessment-grade record across the whole module.
